9. If we confess our sins. he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins., and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
15. But if we forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
21. Then came Peter to him, and said, LORD, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him?
till seven times?
22. JESUS saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times:but Until seventy times seven.

Connection with others is essential for our well-being. Whether through community, friendship, or romantic relationships, human connection can provide us with support, love, and a sense of belonging.
BCMS Ministry would like to encourage anyone reading who may be hurting in anyway to stop and take time to heal.
Find someone to have one on one conversations with someone whom you can trust.
There are twelve step programs, start a small group sessions at home or at church and find ways to discuss how you break through the ice cubes/strongholds that are keeping you in captivity; like a prison within our mind.
This must be performed in a safe setting among trusted individuals.
The path to self-discovery, the pulling down of strongholds in our lives can be a lifelong journey.
By exploring our beliefs, values, and passions, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.
I was thirty years old and pregnant in 1990 my first child when I was told by a client that I was dysfunctional.
What is dysfunctional? I asked.
This was the first time I had heard anything about being dysfunctional.
Teresa started up a group meeting and I joined.
There were six of us women in the group.
The teacher was a lady name Christina that was head of the rape crisis center at The Mental Health Clinic in Conway.
My homework after the first session was too write a letter to the people who had hurt me the most when I was a child.
Deep negative roots makes one bitter.
Setting healthy boundaries and taking care of ourselves is essential for our physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Good habits such as exercise, healthy eating, and self-reflection, listening, meditating, reading Christian Literature, listening to audio the word of God.
Finding a quiet place to be alone, allowing time to retrain our minds to hear that little small still voice that wants to speak to us.
God has a lot to say about not being a men/people pleaser.

Take control of your life today and begin healing and how to set Boundaries that are healthy for you and everyone around you.
Some desperately need and don't know where to go.

Forgiveness can be a difficult and challenging process, but it is also incredibly powerful. By letting go of anger and resentment, we can free ourselves from negative emotions and move forward with compassion and understanding.

In the midst of a busy and chaotic world, it can be difficult to find inner peace. However, through meditation, mindfulness practices, spending time in the holy word of God and connecting with nature, it is possible to cultivate a sense of calm and tranquility.
Gratitude is a powerful emotion that can shift our perspective and help us find joy in even the smallest things. By cultivating a sense of gratitude, we can increase our overall happiness and well-being.
