Connect
It is essential for our well-being.
Whether through community, friendship, or romantic relationships,
human connection can provide us with support, love, and a sense of belonging.
Connect with someone,
have one on one conversations with someone whom you can trust.
There are twelve step programs,
start a small group sessions at home,
or at church, find ways to discuss how to break through the ice.
Break through the ice cubes, the strongholds that are keeping you in captivity; a prison within our mind.
This must be performed in a safe setting among trusted individuals.
Don't stay in bondage to lonely.
Self-Discovery
The pulling down of strongholds in our lives can be a lifelong journey.
By exploring our beliefs, values, and passions, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves,
and our place in the world.
I, Nancy Grinstead was thirty years old,
and pregnant in 1990 with my first child when I was told by a client
that I was dysfunctional.
What is dysfunctional?
I asked.
This was the first time I had heard anything about being dysfunctional.
Teresa started up a group meeting and I joined.
There were six of us women in the group.
The teacher was a lady name Christina that was head of the rape crisis center at The Mental Health Clinic in Conway.
My homework after our first session was too write a letter to the people who had hurt me the most when I was a child.
Bitter roots can run deep.
Set Boundaries
Learn how to set healthy boundaries, taking care of ourselves is essential for our physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Good habits such as exercise, healthy eating, and self-reflection, listening, meditating, reading Christian Literature, listening to audio the word of God.
Finding a quiet place to be alone,
allowing time to retrain our minds to hear that little small still voice that wants to speak to us.

Set boundaries that are healthy for you and everyone around you.
Forgiveness can be a difficult and challenging process, but it is also incredibly powerful.
By letting go of anger and resentment, we can free ourselves from negative emotions and move forward with compassion and understanding.
See Ephesians 1:7-12 for what true forgiveness means for all those who believe.
In the midst of a busy and chaotic world, it can be difficult to find inner peace. However, through meditation, mindfulness practices, spending time with God and connecting with nature, it is possible to cultivate a sense of calm and tranquility.
Gratitude is a powerful emotion that can shift our perspective and help us find joy in even the smallest things. By cultivating a sense of gratitude, we can increase our overall happiness and well-being.
